WHEREAS a trade dispute against the Respondents was reported to the Minister by the Applicant on behalf of Javana Delancy, Brenda Ramsey, Monique Bellot, Nicole Bellot, Barbara Darling and Dianne Moncur {hereinafter together called “the said parties”} on April 6, 2000; and
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 7 6 of the Industrial Relations {Amendment} Act, 1996, the said trade dispute was referred to the Industrial Tribunal by Certificate of Referral dated April 27, 2000; and
WHEREAS the Applicant cited in the said Certificate of Referral hitherto acted only in a representative capacity for the said parties; and
WHEREAS the Respondents referred to in the said Certificate of Referral are a franchise and the beneficial owners of O'Dam Investments Limited, the franchise holder respectively; and
WHEREAS the said parties were at all material times the employees of the said O'Dam Investments Limited; and
WHEREAS the parties through counsel have advised that the Applicant no longer represents them;
NOW IT IS HEREBY ORDERED {pursuant to section 53F(1)(b) and (c) of the Industrial Relations amendment Act 1996}:

1. That the said parties be substituted as Applicants herein in lieu of the Applicant.

2. That henceforth the said O'Dam Investments Limited be cited as the Respondent herein in lieu of the Respondents and that the parties be cited pursuant to the exhibit herewith.
