Our Order is that the Order of the judge below be varied to read that the respondent will pay thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000) per month to the appellant for the next seven years until the youngest child reaches the age of eighteen (18), at which time either appellant or respondent is free to come to the court to vary it.

Respondent is not to do anything to put himself out of the power to do as we have ordered.

The respondent will of course bear the costs here and in the court below, to be taxed if not agreed.

This order takes effect from 27th August, 2008, when the judge made the order below.

The appeal, then, is allowed to the extent that the order of the trial judge is varied as indicated above.
