1 The hearing of this matter commenced before the Tribunal on the 9th September, A.D., 2013, and was adjourned to the 30th of September, 2013 and to several other dates and finally to 27th October, 2015. The applicant at a previous hearing informed the court that he was no longer interested in pursuing this matter. On the last date of hearing the applicant was not present.

2 The court being satisfied that the applicant was duly served dismissed the Originating Application which was filed on 27th April, 2011 in accordance with Section 58(1),(d) of the Industrial Relations Act, Chapter 321.
