CHAPTER 100.

EXPORT CONTROL REGULATIONS.

AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS FROM THE COLONY.

[20th June 1955.] 1. This Act may be cited as The Export Control Regulations Act.

  1. In this Act and in the regulations made under this Act, 'goods' means anything capable of being exported from the Colony or transhipped within the Colony consigned to a place outside the Colony.

  2. From and after the coming into operation of this Act the Governor may by Order make such regulations (hereinafter described as the Export Regulations) as he may deem expedient for the purpose of controlling or prohibiting(a) the export from the Colony to any place outside the Colony of goods or any class of goods;

    or (b) the transhipment within the' Colony of goods or any class of goods consigned...
