We are of the view that the 4 years sentence imposed by the learned judge was disproportionate, having regard to the amount of drugs and the fact that the appellant pleaded guilty.

We, therefore, allow the appeal, reduce the sentence to 2 years from the date of conviction, which was 25th July, 2014.
