Practice and procedure - Appeals — Extension of time

Luckhoo, P.
1

We have come to the conclusion that this appeal should be allowed and so order. The judgment in the court below dismissing the appellant's amended application insofar as it sought an extension of time to apply for the review of the Registrar's decision in respect of the certificate of taxation dated 6 th April, 1982 and to set aside that certificate pending such review is set aside. The certificate of taxation is set aside and the appellant shall have 14 days from the date of this order to file the notice of objections to the costs of the adverse claimants represented by Mr. Wallace-Whitfield. Our reasons for decision in which we will deal with the question or costs on the appeal will be put in writing and will be handed down at a later date.
