1 The hearing of this matter commenced before the Tribunal on Monday 21st day of September, 2015 at 10:00 A.M., at which time Mr. Dywan Rodgers, Counsel for the applicant informed the Court that he was unable to locate the applicant and he was not properly instructed. The Chamber of Meridian Law Chambers was served with a Notice of Hearing on the 13th day of October A.D., 2015. As a result the matter was adjourned to the 30th day of November, 2015 at which time there was no appearance by or on behalf of the applicant.

2 In light of the non-appearance by or on behalf of the applicant and on an application by the respondent, in accordance with Rule 12(1)(f) of the Industrial Relations (Tribunal Procedure) Rules, 2010 and the Tribunal being satisfied that the applicant was duly served the Originating Application filed herein is hereby struck out for want of prosecution.
