1 The hearing of this matter began before the Tribunal on the 19th of October A.D., 2015, at which time the applicant informed the Tribunal that she was no longer interested in pursuing the matter as the company no longer existed and that she wished to file a Notice of Withdrawal “Form K”.

2 Upon the filing of the Form K and in accordance with Section 58(1),(d) of the Industrial Relations Act Chapter 321 the Originating Application which was filed on 25th March, 2010 hereby stands withdrawn by the applicant.
