1 The hearing of this matter began before the Tribunal on the 3rd day of June, A.D., 2015 at which time both parties informed the Tribunal that they had entered into an agreement for settlement in the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to be paid by the respondent to the applicant in full and final settlement of the matter before the Tribunal.

2 The respondent has agreed to pay to the applicant the Five Hundred dollars ($500.00) on the 4th day of June, 2015. It has been further agreed that the applicant will collect the cheque from the office of the Tribunal on the same date.

THE DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL IS AS AGREED AND THEREFORE IT IS SO ORDERED:

Pursuant to Rule 12(1)(b) of the Industrial Relation (Tribunal Procedure) Rules, 2010, the Originating Application that was filed on 21st March, 2011 is hereby marked settled.
