1 The hearing of this matter began before the Tribunal on the 15th of October, A.D., 2015, at which time the court took the evidence of the applicant and the respondent. However there was no documentary evidence produced by the applicant for overtime worked. In light of the above the court was unable to proceed.

2 In view of the above and in accordance with Section 58(1),(d) of the Industrial Relations Act, Chapter 321 the Originating Application which was filed on 19th September, 2012 hereby stands dismissed.
