1 The hearing of this matter began before the Tribunal on the 25th of November A.D., 2015, at which time the representative for the applicant informed the Tribunal by way of a copy of a “SETTLEMENT OF A TRADE DISPUTE” that this matter was settled since January, 2011. As a result a Notice of Withdrawal “Form K” was filed.

2 Upon the filing of the Form K and in accordance with Section 58(1),(d) of the Industrial Relations Act, Chapter 321 the Originating Application which was filed on 26th May, 2011 hereby stands withdrawn by the applicant.
