The hearing of this matter began before the Tribunal on the 9th of March, A.D., 2015, at which time both parties informed the Tribunal that they had entered into an agreement for settlement in the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars to be paid by the respondent to the applicant as full and final payment with no admission of liability on the part of the respondent.
A Notice of Withdrawal “Form K” was filed on behalf of the applicant on 9th of March, 2015 and a Deed of Release executed by the applicant on 9th of March, A.D., 2015 and accepted by the respondent on the 9th March, 2015.
In view of the above and in accordance with Rule 12(1)(a) of the Industrial Relations (Tribunal Procedure) Rules, 2010 the Originating Application which was filed on 31st August, 2010 hereby stands withdrawn by the applicant.
