UNITED STATES ECONOMIC CO-OPERATION ADMINISTRATION EMPLOYEES (EXEMPTION FROM TAXATION) AN ACT TO GRANT TO EMPLOYEES OF THE GOVERNMENT 10 of 1953.

OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ASSIGNED TO DUTIES IN THE COLONY IN CONNEXION WITH COOPERATIVE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMMES AND PROJECTS AND ACCOMPANYING MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY TO PAY CERTAIN TAXES.

[30th April 1953.] 1. This Act may be cited as The United States Short title.

Economic Co-operation Administration Employees (Exemption From Taxation) Act.

  1. All employees of the Government of the United Exemption from Bahamas States of America assigned to duties in the Bahamas in income taxes connexion with co-operative technical assistance pro- and social security grammes and projects and accompanying members of taxes.
