In appeal number 14 of 2006, that is, of Liston Perpall, the appeal is dismissed and the conviction and sentence are affirmed.

In appeal number 15 of 2006, that is, of Carmelina Perpall, the appeal against conviction is dismissed, and the appeal against sentence is allowed.

The sentence is varied to one of a fine of $50,000.00 only or, in default, one year's imprisonment. She has six months to pay the fine.
