WHEREAS:

By Certificate of Referral dated 14th April, 2010 the Minister referred the subject dispute to the Industrial Tribunal; and –

The address that was given for the Applicant was #28 Cambridge Street, Nassau, Bahamas and the Applicant was served a Notice of Hearing by way of her attorney of record Mr. Philip Hilton on the 18th day of December, A.D., 2014; and

The matter was scheduled to be heard on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd February, 2015, however there was no appearance by or on behalf of the Applicant and –

Having regard to the effluxion of time it would be contrary to the public interest that the file remain extant with no reasonable prospect of further proceedings herein occurring.

IT IS THEREFORE HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to Section 12(1)(f) of the Industrial Relations (Tribunal Procedure) Rules 2010 that this matter be dismissed forthwith in the public interest and for want of prosecution.
