1 The hearing of this matter began before the Tribunal on the 30th of September, A.D., 2015, at which time both parties informed the Tribunal that they had entered into an agreement for settlement in the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to be paid by the respondent to the applicant as full and final payment with no admission of liability on the part of the respondent.

2 A Notice of Withdrawal “Form K” was filed on behalf of the applicant on 1st of October, 2015 and a Deed of Release executed by the applicant on 1st of October, A.D., 2015 and accepted by the respondent on the 1st October, 2015.

3 In view of the above and in accordance with Rule 12(1)(a) of Industrial Relations (Tribunal Procedure) Rules, 2010 the Originating Application which was filed on 05th August, 2011 hereby stands withdrawn by the applicant.
