1 The hearing of this matter began before the Tribunal on the 2nd day of June, A.D., 2015, and was adjourned to 15th July A.D., 2015 and again on the 8th of December, 2015. At the last hearing both parties informed the Tribunal that they had entered into an agreement for settlement in the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars to be paid by the respondent to the applicant as full and final payment with no admission of liability on the part of the respondent.

2 A Deed of Release along with a copy of the cheque was executed by the applicant on 10th of December, 2015 and accepted by the respondent on the 10th of December, 2015.

3 In view of the above and in accordance with Rule 12(1)(a) of the Industrial Relations (Tribunal Procedure) Rules, 2010 the Originating Application which was filed on 28th March, 2013 hereby stands withdrawn by the applicant.
