Criminal practice and procedure - Appeal — Extension of time — Order for admission in drug treatment programme — Appeal dismissed.

1

We grant you leave to appeal out of time.

2

The appellant would like an order that assistance be provided to him to be in a drug treatment programme. We do not think from here that we can make such an order, but we would ask Mr. Collie, counsel for the respondent, if he can use his good office and see what can be done to assist this citizen who is crying for help.

3

The appeal is dismissed.
