1 Thompson, P. (AG.): The hearing of this matter was initially scheduled to commence before the Tribunal on the 24th and 25th of November, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. Certain events occurred and the matter was then rescheduled for the 12th and 13th, January, 2015, 29th and 30th, April, 2015, 29th and 30th June, 2015 and again on the 18th August, 2015 at which time there was no appearance by or on behalf of the applicant.

2 In light of the non-appearance by or on behalf of the applicant on the last rescheduled date, the court acceded to an application by the respondent pursuant to Rule 12(1)(f) of the Industrial Relations (Tribunal Procedure) Rules, 2010 and the Tribunal being satisfied that the applicant was duly served the Originating Application filed herein is hereby struck out for want of prosecution.
