1 The hearing of this matter began before the Tribunal on the 18th of November A.D., 2015, at which time the representative for the applicant informed the Tribunal that he was no longer interested in pursuing the matter and that he wished to file a Notice of Withdrawal “Form K”.

2 Upon the filing of the Form K and in accordance with Section 58(1),(d) of the Industrial Relations Act, Chapter 321 the Originating Application which was filed on 20th January, 2012 hereby stands withdrawn by the applicant.
