AGRICULTURAL MERCHANTS REGISTRATION.
AN ACT FOR THE REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN AGRICULTURAL MERCHANTS.

This Act may be cited as The Agricultural Merchants Registration Act.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires'alien',means a person who is not a British subject;
'commission merchant or agent' means a person who buys or sells, or attempts to buy or sell, or holds himself out as being able to buy or sell any agricultural product of the Colony;
'Minister' means the Minister charged with the responsibility for the administration of this Act.
